YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK AND EU CONSUMERS)
------------------------------------------

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may
cancel your order within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receives
the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up. Email contact@covylegs.com
with your order number, or use the cancellation form at the end of this page.
We will confirm receipt and send you return instructions.

After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
---------------------------

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check they are as
described. If the goods are returned showing more wear than that, we may
reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

For hygiene reasons, items worn directly against the skin should be returned
clean.

REFUNDS
-------

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you giving us
proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Refunds go to your original payment method. We refund the price you paid plus
the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose a faster delivery option, we
refund the standard rate only.

Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the money to appear.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
-------------------------

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit
for purpose and as described. If something is wrong:

  - within 30 days of delivery, you may reject the goods for a full refund;
  - after 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement first, and a refund
    if that is not possible.

Contact contact@covylegs.com with your order number and a photograph of the
problem.

RETURN ADDRESS
--------------

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior
notice may not be traceable to your order.

EXCEPTIONS
----------

The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return on
health or hygiene grounds once unsealed, or to goods made to your
specification.
