WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to United Kingdom. If your country is not listed at
checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.
PROCESSING TIME
---------------
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24-48H of being placed. Orders made at weekends or on public holidays are
processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
-------------
Estimated delivery is 6 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Total time from order to doorstep is therefore roughly 24-48H plus
6 to 8 business days. These are estimates based on our carriers' usual
performance, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and peak periods can add
time.
TRACKING
--------
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Tracking can take 3 days to show its first update. If it has not moved after
5 days, contact us at contact@covylegs.com and we will chase the carrier.
WHERE YOUR ORDER SHIPS FROM
---------------------------
Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which may
be located outside the United Kingdom. Orders containing several items may
arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
---------------------------
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us
because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to
arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is damaged on arrival, take photographs before disposing of the
packaging and contact us within 14 days. If tracking shows no movement
for 14 days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you have not received
it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Where a
parcel is confirmed lost, we will resend or refund.
